Emma vient d'arriver à Paris et elle prend le métro pour la première fois.
Emma has just arrived in Paris and she is taking the metro for the first time.
Elle regarde le plan mais elle ne comprend rien.
She looks at the map but she doesn't understand anything.
Une vieille dame remarque son air perdu.
An old lady notices her lost look.
— Vous cherchez quelle station, mademoiselle ?
'Which station are you looking for, miss?'
— Châtelet, s'il vous plaît. Je dois retrouver un ami.
'Châtelet, please. I have to meet a friend.'
— C'est facile : prenez la ligne 1, direction La Défense.
'It's easy: take line 1, direction La Défense.'
Emma la remercie et sourit. Finalement, Paris n'est pas si difficile.
Emma thanks her and smiles. In the end, Paris isn't so difficult.
